christmas lino printing workshop

7pm-9.30pm Bring a bottle, and relax into a great evening with friends. Lino printing is a form of printmaking where the print is cut into Lino. The lino is then inked and then transfered by hand onto paper or cards. During the class we will show you how to use the different tools needed to create a lino print and help you to get your idea's carved into lino ready for inking. We will then help you to print (after some practising) your designs onto either plain card sheet or christmas cards. Alternatively you are welcome to bring your own items for printing onto. You will be abe to take everything you make on the night home. Including the lino print which you can resuse at home. It would be helpful if you come with some ideas on the night :) £38 per person, includes all materials needed. |
