Friday 13th November 6.30pm -9.30pm Come along and learn how to make stunning paper poinsettia's with paper artist Jen O’Flaherty. Our hands-on workshop will teach you how to create gorgeous paper Poinsettias. Real poinsettias may look beautiful, but as anyone who has bought one before Christmas knows - they often lose their red lustre before the New Year! The beauty of paper flowers is they never wilt or need watered guaranteeing they last the whole holiday season. As a bonus they can be stored away and unboxed again next year. Using crepe paper and wire Jen will teach you the techniques required to create a vibrant paper poinsettia — paper dyeing, cupping, stretching, wire wrapping and assembly. You can opt for traditional red or get creative with any colour you like—sparkling whites or icy blues. At the end of the experience you'll leave with a stunning paper bloom to wow your friends and family! Our class is perfect for beginners (age 13+) and is hosted by paper florist Jen O’Flaherty.
