We're delighted to be welcoming Jen from Edinburgh Paper Flowers back to the studio for two gorgeous workshops. Learn to make beautiful Primroses to sit in your own hand-made clay pot - what's not to love! Primrose Flower and Clay-Pot Workshop Friday 21st March 6.30 - 9.30pm Using crepe paper and wire Jen will teach you the techniques required to create paper primroses — paper dyeing, cupping, stretching, wire wrapping and assembly. You can choose your colour of primroses. At the end of the experience you should leave with a stunning paper blooms to wow your friends and family! These workshops are hosted by paper artist, Jen O’Flaherty who will guide you through the flower making process and ceramicist, Juliet Russell who will guide you through the steps to make your own clay pot. Your paper flowers will be ready to take home on the night but your clay pots will stay with us to be clear glazed and fired. Our class is perfect for teens and adults. No experience necessary. All materials are included - just bring your creativity! Our cafe will be available but you are welcome to BYOB! |
