Cancellation PolicyWorkshops and Classes All workshops and courses are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a workshop If you cannot attend a booked class, you can send a friend to take your spot - just let us know the name change. If we have a waiting list we will try to offer your space to someone else. We would ask for at least 7 days notice, and if someone takes your space then we will offer a full refund. Provisional Bookings Bookings are only confirmed once paid in full. We are happy to reserve spaces (or ceramics) for you - but they will be released after 24 hours if they haven't been paid in full. If we need to cancel a workshop If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum numbers not being met, we will give you as much notice as possible. If we cancel the workshop you will be offered a full refund. Deposits For large group booking we ask for a deposit of £10 per head to secure your booking. Deposits will be deducted from the final balance due, on the day of the activity. No-shows or changes in numbers not advised at least 7 days before will still be charged the £10 per head fee. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are valid up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are not linked to a particular workshop/class, so please let us know which class you would like to attend, so we can reserve a space for you. |
