Visiting the Studio

Booking is essential.

Please use the booking app opposite.

This is to ensure we can manage the number of people in the studio at any one time. It also means that you wont be disappointed if you arrive on spec and we can't accommodate you.

• We kindly ask that if you or a member of your party are not feeling well, we would kindly ask that you cancel your booking and reschedule for a later date. 
• All tables are designated for crafting and refreshments with your activity.
• We do have aprons available in the studio. 
• CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. 
• We have a dedicated customer car park right outside our building.

NB: Indoor tables are bookable for crafting at only. Each table is for 4 people, if you are booking for 5 or more please book 2 tables. i.e 2 tables = 8 people crafting. 

If you wish to just use the cafe:

• The tables which are available for refreshments, are our outside tables (weather permitting) and inside tables if available as customers who are 'crafting' have priority for our indoor seating.  These tables are available on a first come first served basis.

• Take-away is also available. 

 Dropping off and collections

• If you're dropping off ceramics for glazing. Please write your surname and contact number on the bag or box, together with a description of your items. 
• On arrival please give your surname and a member of staff will bring your ceramics to you. (As we have lots of pieces for collections it will help if the person collecting, knows the date you visited the studio)

Can't Come Anymore? 

• We have 6 bookable tables, we therefore ask that if you can't make your appointment please, please let us know. You can cancel a booking really easily.
• On making your reservation, you receive a confirmation email. Included in this email is a link which you should use  if you need to cancel. We do not wish to start to take deposits when a booking is made. So PLEASE let us know if you can no longer use your table - thank you!
