3D Wet Felting
Sunday 16th February 3pm - 7.00pm We welcome back Trish of Wormit Woolies for a fast-paced, fun and creative workshop. You will be introduced to the ancient art of wet felting to create a 3D work of art. Wet felting involves layering wool fibres and working them with warm, soapy water to essentially knit the fibres together. You will take it one step further with 3D felting, using a plastic resist to create a vessel/basket. All materials will be provided and there will be a selection of driftwood to create a handle. Wet felting can be physically demanding so be prepared for an upper body workout! No previous experience is necessary Suitable for Teens 16+/Adults. Coffee and cake included. This is sure to be a lovely afternoon of creativity - we can't wait! |
